SHIPPING
We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of purchase Monday through Friday. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Timeframes:
- Standard shipping: 3-5 business days
- Priority shipping: 2-3 business days
All fragrance orders are carefully packaged with bubble wrap and protective materials to ensure your bottle arrives safely.
Free shipping on orders over $150.
IMPORTANT — Fragrance Shipping Notice:
Fragrance contains alcohol and is classified as a flammable liquid. All orders ship ground only via USPS or UPS. We are unable to offer overnight or express air shipping on fragrance orders due to carrier regulations.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before ordering.
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Item was not as described in the listing
- Item arrived damaged in transit
- Wrong item was received
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind or fragrance preference
- Items that have been opened or used
- Items returned without prior authorization
To initiate a return:
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at support@thebottleroomstore.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will review your request and respond within 24 hours.
Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days of authorization. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error or item damage.
Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged please photograph the packaging and the item immediately upon opening and contact us within 24 hours. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Refunds:
Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item back in its original condition.

Every bottle sold by The Bottle Room Store is hand inspected and verified authentic before shipping. Batch code photos are available upon request for any order. We stand behind every bottle we sell.
